65 hours in 4 days

The  wait is over! After  four long long days, along with the help of some good friends, the boat is now ready for the water.  The rudder needed repair, sea cocks and thru hulls needed to be replaced. Then a fresh coat of paint was slapped on.

It's a...Tayana 37!

After a year of looking, we finally closed on this beauty. It’s a 37 foot, 1978 Tayana. She looks a little weathered but she is solid and gorgeous on the inside. In this picture you can see my boy pulling down the for sale sign. This was an exciting moment for my family because it’s not just a vessel, this will be our new home.  A new adventure is about to begin…
